Scheduled
We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on our cloud solution during this time period. Normal operation is expected, but chargers can disconnect from the cloud and reconnect within 30 minutes. If your charger disconnects it will affect services such as app, portal and other systems that depend on the cloud, but charging will work as normal.
Charger LED flashing? Chargers should still function locally as per offline behaviour. Use any wireless key tag like your Easeekey, Visa card or another RFID key tag to start charging.

Vi kommer til å gjøre vedlikehold på skyen vår i løpet av dette tidsrommet. Alt vil fungere som normalt, men ladere kan koblet fra skyen i opp til 30 minutter. Hvis det skjer så vil det påvirke tjenester som app, portal og andre systemer som er avhengig av skyen, men lading vil virke som normalt. Pågående lading vil ikke bli påvirket.
LED lys blinker? Alle ladere skal fungere som for offline oppførsel. Benytt en hvilken som helst nøkkelbrikke slik som EaseeKey, visa kort eller annen RFID brikke for å starte lading.
