Scheduled -
We will be undergoing maintenance on our cloud solution during this time period. Normal operation is expected, but some chargers might disconnect from the cloud and reconnect after 30 minutes. If your charger disconnects it will affect services such as app, portal and other systems that depend on the cloud, but charging will work as normal.
Vi kommer til å gjøre vedlikehold på skyen vår i løpet av dette tidsrommet på 5 timer. Alt vil fungere som normalt, men noen ladere kan bli koblet fra skyen i opp til 30 minutter. Hvis det skjer så vil det påvirke tjenester som app, portal og andre systemer som er avhengig av skyen, men lading vil virke som normalt. Pågående lading vil ikke bli påvirket.

We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time. The maintenance is a continuation of the maintenance on the 22nd, and will cause approximately 20k chargers in range EH599852 to EH799841 to disconnect and reconnect. Data from chargers will be queued up and sent upon reconnect.
What does this mean for you as a user? - The charger will appear as offline during the period and cannot be controlled by your app. - Local operation should work as for offline behaviour. - Ongoing charging is not affected so charging will not be stopped.
